2. Consulting Services

iRankx provides professional local search engine optimization, Google Business Profile (GBP) management, listing citation synchronization, automated review strategies, website design audit updates, and local growth consultancy. The exact scope of work, coordinate focus areas, and lead targets are detailed in your custom Growth Proposal.

3. Client Responsibilities

To achieve optimal local search dominance, you agree to:

• Provide necessary access credentials (Google Business Profile, registrar settings, website admin panels) in a timely manner.
• Ensure all business details provided (Name, Address, Phone number (NAP)) are 100% accurate and consistent across all local listings.
• Refrain from purchasing automated low quality citations or backlinks from third parties during our partnership without consultation.
• Actively participate in monthly strategy review meetings.

4. Payments & Billing

Consulting services are billed monthly in advance as detailed in your signed proposal. Invoices are sent via secure billing links. Payments must be cleared by the specified invoice date to prevent interruption of local listing synchronization and campaign execution. All fees are not refundable as they represent allocation of immediate consultancy hours.

5. Intellectual Property

We believe in complete client ownership. Once invoices are paid in full, you own all digital assets created for your business, including custom metadata, citation lists, geogrid report metrics, landing page files, and review automation setups. iRankx retains ownership of proprietary internal audit tools, strategy templates, and software code used during consultation.

6. No Guarantees & Limitation of Liability

No Ranking Guarantees: Google explicitly warns that no one can guarantee a #1 ranking or a specific local maps pack position due to constant algorithm updates. iRankx guarantees professional whitehat execution, alignment with search compliance, and transparent metric tracking.

Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall iRankx be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business profits, data, or operational interruptions) arising out of search algorithm changes, competitor listings spam reporting, or platform suspension.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the consulting partnership by providing a 30-day written notice. Upon termination, all current directory credentials, citation access tokens, and website controls will be fully handed back to the client. Remaining invoices for active work must be settled prior to handoff.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our corporate consulting office is registered.
